These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from ElcoEMS Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be:

  • Legally authorized to represent your business (for B2B purchases)

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to cancel orders based on incorrect information.
  • All technical data and images are for informational purposes and subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • VAT and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing or shipping.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of:

    • Payment issues
    • Fraud suspicion

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery terms, estimated timelines, and shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Warranty

  • You may return products according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty; please consult the documentation provided with the product.
  • We do not accept returns for custom-built or configured products unless defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss, downtime, or data loss.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.
